TCS Digital Empowers: The challenge
The Tata Consultancy Services Digital Empowers campaign highlights some of the key global issues being raised at Davos, providing a meaningful contribution through digital platforms.
The objectives were to demonstrate the role that digital technology plays in empowering individuals, communities and organisations and to stimulate a dialogue about digital inclusion.
Fast-turnaround website build and content development
Formative Content worked with TCS to develop an integrated #DigitalEmpowers campaign – we built a bespoke microsite, writing and producing thought leadership in the form of written articles, short-form video and social media content.
Using a targeted influencer campaign, these messages were amplified and shared across social media to relevant individuals and groups.
Targeted strategy for content to resonate with key audiences
During Davos week, 70,000 unique visitors landed on the Digital Empowers site. Our digital campaign, which has won multiple awards, generated 162,000 Twitter video views, 3.3 million Twitter impressions and the highest ever Twitter engagement for the account.
The hashtag was mentioned over 2,500 thousand times during the campaign and editorial content was viewed for an average of over 5 minutes.
