Our story

Founded by Gay Flashman, CEO, and supported by Managing Director Paul Muggeridge, Formative Content has grown into a team of more than 70 people, working remotely and collaborating in our newsroom to create content for the world’s leading brands.

Our community

Based in Beaconsfield but with clients all over the world, we are the ‘local global content agency’. Following the Covid pandemic, we are now fully remote as a team. Our work crosses continents, but many of us are still very much embedded in our Buckinghamshire community.

Journalism is in our blood, from the founders of the company to our experienced team. And this extends to our newsroom approach, based on high-quality, accurate and fast-turnaround content that delivers results.
